Return Policy

Read our Downloaded Software Returns Policy for information on returns and for further details and policy exceptions.

A full refund can be granted within 30 days of purchase for:

Software not received due to an error on BYTE@HAND's part;

Duplicate purchases;

Billing errors;

If you have a duplicate charge or feel you have been charged incorrectly.

We apologize that BYTE@HAND cannot offer refunds for:

Software that has a free trial version or demo offered on the site from which you purchased;

Software purchased for the wrong device or platform;

Software ordered via a toll number (e.g. an Interactive Voice Response system) or SMS;

eWallet charges or balances;

Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process;

Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason.
