If you have a question or you are seeking some information check this FAQ, many questions are answered here.
Q.How can I unlock the product after the purchase?
A.After the purchase you receive your Registration Code by e-mail. Your Registration Code is tied to your name in User Identification page in Settings page of your Pocket PC. You have to start the product on Pocket PC device and enter Registration Code in the registration form.
Q.Can I move my license to another Pocket PC device?
A.Yes, you can move the purchased license to another computer providing you do not violate the terms in the product license agreement. Please read the license agreement for details.
Q.Can I share my license with my friend/family member?
A.You can share your license providing the product is used according to the license agreement. Every single license can be used either by a single person. Anyway, your Registration Code is tied to your name in User Identification page in Settings page of your Pocket PC.
Q.Can you resend me the registration info?
A.Use “Contact Support Service” at Support section of the web site to quest your registration code. Please provide your name in a details text box. There is a limit on how often you can retrieve a new Registration Code to avoid fraud and abuse.
Q.What is the delivery procedure for your products?
A.Our products are distributed on-line. You download the trial version on your computer to test it and see if it suits your needs. After you decide to purchase a license, you are given the registration information. It is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is processed.
Q.Your website/EULA states a 30 day trial period but the program says I can not play further after several hours. What is the limitation of the unregistered version?
A.Note essential part of EULA about trial period: "evaluation period ... during this period the Software is limited in functionality." This mentioned limitation for most our software is a time or level limit. However you may start the game any number of times during the evaluation period. You see the goal of evaluation of the software is to give you possibility to check if this game suits you and works OK on your device, and this way to firm your decision to buy the game. We believe that such a decision could be made by testing a gameplay for some minutes or levels.
Q.I do not give out my credit card details over the Internet. Is there an alternative method for me to purchase it?
A.Please note that ordering on-line is safe and secure. At the moment we are not able to receive off-line purchases.
Q.How long does it take for a credit card orders to proceed?
A.Credit card orders are usually handled in a couple of minutes. In several cases, although, it takes up to 2 business days to verify the card information.
Q.During install a warning message appears saying that the application may not display correctly because it was designed for an older version of Windows Mobile, what is it?
A.Such warning message indicates that the application has support of legacy mobile operation system. To satisfy our customers BYTE@HAND applications are designed to support wide range of mobile operation systems from legacy to modern ones. Do not worry, just ignore this message.
